Hello, I’m Daniel Anderson, founder  and principal of Emaho Buyers Agency, based in Noosa. Before real estate, I spent over a decade as a national sales executive within the commercial radio and print media industries, these roles demanded clear communication, expert negotiation, and delivering client focused results under high pressure parameters. I proudly bring these valuable skill sets and a fresh perspective to property today.

My interest in real estate as a career took shape during the pandemic where I observed the market shift at speed and buyers struggle to keep up, especially within the coastal communities. This was an intense and intriguing period for us all, It revealed the glaring disparity within the industry and highlighted just how underrepresented buyers are, it sparked a clear drive to shake things up and ultimately led to a career shift and the development of Emaho Buyers Agency.

Coming from a background in the creative industries, it was essential that any transition into real estate honoured my passion for design and storytelling. I’ve long been inspired by landscape-driven architecture—homes that respond to their environment with harmony and imagination. As I stepped into this new field, I made it a priority to align with specialists who see property as more than structure—who view it as a seamless fusion between architecture, landscape, and way of life.
